I've always been nervous about this when it comes to HvZ, that people will say they can't turn up, which means that I'd have to cancel it for lack of interest, only to meet them when they're just standing around doing nothing and being bored, when they could've been playing HvZ with us. At the moment, this is just a hypothetical situation, and I hope it stays that way.
