It does seem like everyone is related to a half of the school, and those that they aren't related to are either geeks, from a different country or are their best friends. I fall into the first category.

So I'm guessing when these people needs dates to the school dance they have to go to the next town over to find them.

No, they just find the cousin furthest from them and go out with them.

That both amuses me, and scares me as you are now the second person I've heard tell this same story. We have MINIMALLY 3 inbred towns at this point. Scary.
